Where it all began... Filey Properties first established in 2006, founded in Stoke Newington, Hackney. Filey was established by two determined individuals, in order to make things its mark on the local property market by doing things differently.

Following the success, Hackney then meets Edmonton, North London, with their second office.

As part of our growth strategy, we then ensured Edmonton met Enfield – Hartford Road, shortly following our new branch in Silver Street in 2015, making sure we achieve our aim by covering most of the A10 boarder.

Continuously innovating, Filey Properties thought to open up another branch in the area of Southgate, ensuring to focus mainly on the sales sector of Filey Properties.

We then wanted to increase on our performance as a leading estate agency and furthermore, opened another branch on Lancaster Road, Enfield in 2019. This is Filey Properties head office, we are very proudly growing as a company and will remain growing.
